We may also record the landing page, referral source, and technical information needed for security and website measurement, such as IP address and browser type when contact buttons or forms are used.
How information is used
Information is used to respond, define service scope, prepare a proposal, deliver an agreement, improve the website, prevent abuse, and meet applicable obligations. Tracking data is not used to decide eligibility or pricing.
Analytics and conversion measurement
The website uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads to measure visits, clicks, and form submissions. When a form is submitted successfully, the Google tag may use the email address and phone number supplied by the customer for enhanced conversion measurement; Google processes this data using secure one-way hashing before matching, and project details are not sent for this purpose. We also record contact attempts, page and placement data, and may store the first-touch source, landing page, and campaign with a lead record to understand which channels generate genuine enquiries.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Minimum necessary information may be shared with hosting, email, analytics, or professional providers that support delivery, or where legally required. Technical contact-attempt records are retained for up to 90 days; other information is retained only as long as needed for its purpose, the service relationship, and security.
Security and your choices
Reasonable safeguards are applied, although no electronic transfer can be guaranteed completely secure. You may request access, correction, or deletion where this is not prevented by a legal or contractual obligation.
